We have seen a lot of Jim in the last year but it seems not possible to have too much.  Part of his genius is the variety of acts that he brings.  We know the man is a monster talent with six strings but we have here the opening of a little season of Jim demonstrating his mastery of the acoustic instrument.  On this occasion he partners with the hugely talented vocalist Sari Schorr. 
Sari is no stranger to Bluefunk of course.  She has brought her superb band to us twice and I have every intention to bring them back again. She was great back then and her rep since then has grown exponentially, placing her in the higher echelons of female vocalists in the blues blues/rock world.  Her roots are in the USA but she has graced us by being an honorary Brit by moving to live here. 
I am chuffed to have pulled this off because as soon as this happened for the first time early last year I really wanted to see this happen at Bluefunk.
