Peter Price and Jodie Keegan

Saturday 8th September Bailey Room
An old friend of Bluefunk, Peter Price has been visiting us for many years and hopefully for years to come .
A consummate and soulful guitarist, a relaxed yet compelling stage presence.his range of styles is enormous and thrilling. A blues and folk festival regular around the globe he is evidently at home in both camps and therefore a perfect choice for the Little Big Weekend.  His renditions of old school blues are so authentic they can give you goose bumps. Then he will turn effortlessly to a beautiful strummy folk ballad and soothe your worried mind.
This time Peter brings the wonderfully talented and versatile Jodie Keegan who flies in from Ireland to add her Celtic magic into the mix, with her songs, guitar and violin and whatever else she manages to carry over, including her infectious Irishness. As soloists they are compelling, together they make so much more.
Don't be surprised if guests pop out of the woodwork to join them. Oh yes, expect to laugh a fair bit.
